The Francis Retreat has facilities fully equipped to host meetings, conferences, group retreats and team building events.

Our conference facilities boast contemporary conveniences of WiFi, audio and sound system, data projector, acoustic ceiling, heating, cooling, breakout room, kitchen and bathrooms.

The naturally beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere make The Francis Retreat a perfect venue for your next group activity, with catering available for groups over 30 people, all a short 15 minute drive south of Port Macquarie.

  • Minimum Commitment
    • Cancellation within 60 days of camp commencement 50% of expected total fee
    • Cancellation within 30 days of camp commencement 75% of expected total fee
  • Confirmation & Payment:
    • Bookings will be held, upon receipt of this application form for a period of 30 days, thereafter dates may be offered to other groups.     • The balance of all charges are to be paid prior to arrival, upon receipt of final numbers and a tax invoice. Any additional charges (extra beds, breakages etc) will be invoiced and payment is requested within 14 days.

    As group leader I have read and agree to the ‘General Conditions of Hire’ included herein and accept full responsibility for ensuring that all group members are made aware of, and abide by these conditions.
